FEES
Introductory fees are 12% inclusive of the gross annual rent and full management fees are 17% inclusive of VAT of the gross annual rents. Other fees may include tenants referencing charges at £90 inclusive of VAT. Rent collection only is 5% inclusive monthly.Â
